UAB \u201cLTF GAMYBA\u201d IS IMPLEMENTING EXPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <\/strong><\/p>\n

UAB \u201cLTF Gamyba\u201d is implementing a project co\u2011funded by the EU (No. 02\u2011121\u2011K\u20110094), the aim of which is to expand the company\u2019s export markets and increase its competitiveness within them.<\/p>\n

The project activity \u2013 participation in international exhibitions \u2013 is intended to help UAB \u201cLTF Gamyba\u201d explore new export markets and increase the volume of exported products. Participation in international exhibitions will enable the company to find clients in new geographical markets, including EU countries, the Middle East, Central Asia, and other regions.<\/p>\n

Another activity within the project is the certification of the company\u2019s thermally treated wood products. The ThermoWood\u00ae certificate and CE marking will allow the company to significantly expand its export markets and begin exporting to EU countries.<\/p>\n

The project budget is EUR 84,505, with EU funding amounting to EUR 42,252.<\/p>\n

The project implementation period is from December 2025 to September 2028.<\/p>\n

UAB \u201eLTF Gamyba\u201c is implementing the project \u201eImproving energy efficiency at UAB LTF Gamyba\u201c (project No. 02-090-K-0021).<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to implement energy efficiency measures and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the production process by at least 30 per cent.<\/p>\n

The project will contribute to a reduction in primary energy consumption and GHG emissions. UAB \u201eLTF gamyba\u201c has carried out an energy consumption audit and, in line with the recommendations set out therein, plans to install equipment\/technological solution that will enable the company to use energy more efficiently and reduce its GHG emissions by at least 30 per cent in its production processes.<\/p>\n

The total value of the project is \u20ac287,335, of which \u20ac121,459 is provided by the European Regional Development Fund.<\/p>\n

Project duration: July 2025 \u2013 July 2028<\/p>\n

Investment support for onshore solar power stations<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

UAB \u201eLTF Gamyba\u201c is currently implementing a project co-funded by the European Union under the call for proposals \u201eInvestment support for onshore solar power plants (03-005-J-0001-J04)\u201c.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to install solar power stations with a capacity of up to 320 kW (hereinafter referred to as \u2018small-scale solar power stations\u2019) (this does not include increasing the capacity of solar power stations that have already been built).<\/p>\n

Funded under Progress Measure No. 03-001-06-03-02 of the Energy Development Programme of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, the programme\u2019s managing authority for the 2021\u20132030 Development Programme \u201eIncreasing the share of renewable energy sources by ensuring the integration of renewable sources into electricity grids\u201c, as well as the conditions and procedures set out in the Rules on Project Administration and Financing.<\/p>\n

The total value of the project is \u20ac343,494.40.<\/p>\n

The project is funded by the \u201eNew Generation Lithuania\u201c Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan (hereinafter referred to as EGADP) to the tune of \u20ac120,223.04.<\/p>\n

The project promoter\u2019s own funds \u2013 223,271.36 euros.<\/p>\n

The project will run from 7 April 2025 to 31 December 2026.<\/p>\n

\nImplementation of an e-commerce (customer self-service) system within the company and its integration with other systems used by the company.<\/h3>\n

On 14 April 2021, UAB LTFIREWOOD began implementing the project \u201eImplementation of an e-sales (customer self-service) system within the company and its integration with other systems used by the company\u201c.<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to optimise the company\u2019s operations by digitising the purchasing and sales process.<\/p>\n

Start date for the implementation of project activities 14 April 2021<\/p>\n

End date for the implementation of project activities 25 August 2022<\/p>\n

Project budget \u2013 28,227.50 euros<\/p>\n

Funding allocated \u2013 \u20ac16,678.90<\/p>\n

As the company\u2019s production and sales volumes increased, it was decided to digitise the company\u2019s production management and sales processes in order to control both production and sales processes more effectively. On 14 April 2021, the company signed a Software Licence Agreement, under which it acquired the right to use the \u201eFalcon\u201c production management module and agreed on the development of an e-sales (customer self-service) module for the company and its integration with the production management module and the existing accounting management software.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe \u201cFalcon\u2019 software has been specifically designed for process management and accounting in a timber processing company, and therefore meets the company\u2019s production needs. An additional e-commerce (customer self-service) module is being developed to meet the company\u2019s specific requirements.<\/p>\n

The purchase of this software will enable the company to digitise its core processes.<\/p>\n

The results of the project will be the property of UAB LTFIREWOOD and will be used in the company\u2019s day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n
