On 14 April 2021, UAB LTFIREWOOD began implementing the project „Implementation of an e-sales (customer self-service) system within the company and its integration with other systems used by the company“.
The aim of the project is to optimise the company’s operations by digitising the purchasing and sales process.
Start date for the implementation of project activities 14 April 2021
End date for the implementation of project activities 25 August 2022
Project budget – 28,227.50 euros
Funding allocated – €16,678.90
As the company’s production and sales volumes increased, it was decided to digitise the company’s production management and sales processes in order to control both production and sales processes more effectively. On 14 April 2021, the company signed a Software Licence Agreement, under which it acquired the right to use the „Falcon“ production management module and agreed on the development of an e-sales (customer self-service) module for the company and its integration with the production management module and the existing accounting management software.
„The “Falcon’ software has been specifically designed for process management and accounting in a timber processing company, and therefore meets the company’s production needs. An additional e-commerce (customer self-service) module is being developed to meet the company’s specific requirements.
The purchase of this software will enable the company to digitise its core processes.
The results of the project will be the property of UAB LTFIREWOOD and will be used in the company’s day-to-day operations.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic (e-commerce model for COVID-19).
